Call +1 (888) 206-0056

When you call, you reach the service desk for Home Appliance Repairs. We listen to what is going on with your appliance. Then we tell you what happens next: a likely cause, a fair price range, and the soonest visit we can book.

Calls go straight to a person. There is no long phone tree to fight through. If we cannot help with your specific problem, we say so up front instead of wasting your time.

Where we serve

We are a national brand with local technicians in the cities we cover. Right now that means three metro areas. Each one has its own local page with pricing, FAQs, and the suburbs covered.

  • Milwaukee, WI: fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and ranges across Milwaukee, Waukesha, Wauwatosa, and nearby suburbs.
  • Grand Rapids, MI: fast repair across Kent County, from Kentwood and Wyoming to Walker and East Grand Rapids.
  • Sacramento, CA: fridges, washers, dryers, and ovens fixed fast citywide, plus Elk Grove, Roseville, Citrus Heights, Folsom, and Rancho Cordova.

See the full list anytime on our locations page. If your town sits just outside a listed suburb, call anyway. We may still be able to reach you.

Hours

Our service line is open seven days a week. Call on a weekday or a weekend. You will reach a person who can book your visit.

Visit times vary by city and season. Winter fills routes faster in the Midwest. Summer heat spikes fridge calls in California. We always offer the earliest window that works for you.

What to have ready when you call

You do not need to prepare a speech. But having these details handy makes the call shorter and gets you an accurate price faster.

  • The appliance type and brand. For example: a Samsung French-door fridge, or a Maytag top-load washer. The brand is usually printed right on the front.
  • What is wrong. Describe the symptom in plain words: it does not cool, it will not drain, it takes forever to dry. That is enough. You do not need to guess the cause.
  • How long it has been happening. Did it break suddenly today, or has it been getting worse for weeks? The timeline helps us judge the likely fault.
  • The model number, if it is easy to find. This is optional. It is often inside the fridge door or behind the washer lid. Do not move a heavy appliance just to find it.
  • Your ZIP code. This tells us which local technician covers your area and what the flat-rate price looks like there.
  • A day and time that suits you. Mornings, afternoons, or a specific day. We match your window with the nearest free slot.

What happens after you call

We book your visit and give you a time window. You get a flat-rate price for the repair before any work starts. The technician confirms the price with you again on arrival. If you do not approve it, you do not pay for the repair. That is the whole deal.

One call is enough to get started. If anything changes on our end, such as a delay or a part that needs ordering, we tell you right away. No surprises is the rule.

Calling for someone else?

You can book a visit for a parent, a tenant, or a friend. Just have their appliance details and address ready. Tell us who will be home for the visit. The technician needs an adult present to approve the repair price before work starts.
